Military Analyst (Barksdale AFB)

Deterrence and Strike Requirements - The candidate shall assist in management of the B‑2\B-52 weapon system and associated systems. To include managing operational user requests requirements generation and assisting the AFGSC efforts in PPBE and acquisition processes. Monitor applicable JCIDS documents and activities (e.g., ICDs, CDDs, and CPDs). Serve as AFGSC’s focal point for the sustainment and long-range planning process. Support the Nuclear Weapons System Safety Group by providing assistance in developing and updating the Organizational Planning Data Document (OPDD). Provide inputs and future concepts to AFGSC/DA8 for war gaming activities. Monitor congressional budget and legislative actions relating to the B-2/B-52. Participate in Nuclear Surety Working Group process.

Experience required: 10 years with a background in nuclear bomber operations and experience in the JCIDS and PPBS/PPBE processes.
Clearance required: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
