wanted house to rent (Bossier city)

We are a family of four that consist of one mother,grandmother and two sons whom are 17yrs and 10yrs . I am the mom and i work the grandmother stays home and takes care of house and kids. We are quiet and my kids are well behaved. I recently relocated back to this area from Arkansas where i was in a situatiton of domestic violence and had to relocate to escape. I was fortuante enough to have good friends that allowed me to stay in their spare moble home but we have very little room and it is very costly to go back and forth to town ( i currently live in princeton,la ) and just need more space. I work a really good job and can afford about 600-700 a month in rent and about a 400 deposit by 12/4/09 we need at least three bedrooms and one full bath that includes a shower. Hardwood floors would be nice but not required. I am unable to provide rental references since my ex that i had to escape from would certainly be able to find me. I can assure whomever rents to me and my family we will treat your property well and not damage it in anyway. I havent had any luck finding what we need and that is why i am posting here if you haved a house that meets these needs and are willing to show it to us and possibly rent to me please write me an email soon...thanks

I am a nineteen year old college student currently attending Southern University Shreveport Branch. I'm very intelligent, responsible, and polite but I have fallen on hard times with the family because of my views on life and I desperately need housing so I can escape my mother's tyrannical rule. I am asking that the rent be no more than $730 a month because I am still searching for a job but my boyfriend works for a very nice Bistro in the Shreveport Area.

I've done a lot of searching but nothing I find seems to meet standards or rejects me because I'm still searching for work/my age.

Anyway, I need a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house at the least... 2 bathrooms would be preferable but a three bedroom would be fantastic. And if it has a wood burning fireplace I will love it and want to stay forever. We are willing to sign a lease for a year or two depending on the price, location and ability to modify things in the apartment to suit our desires. (( ie: Paint color, window treatments, etc. Nothing drastic. )) I do not have pets currently but I do like the idea of having a kitten around the house so if pets aren't allowed that's all fine too. A place that needs a little painting or something is fine because I'd like to do that anyway but please nothing too run down. I have some carpentry skills putting up new doors or fixing a frame, a window or something like that is fine. The kitchen and living room areas are my biggest concern as both my boyfriend and I enjoy cooking (( it's actually his job )) and we have friends and family that we'd like to bring home from time to time.

This is a new start for me and hopefully it will be as grand as I envision it to be.

My husband myself and my 8 month old daughter are looking for something until incometax season comes around, possibly longer if things work out correctly.
