Electrical Component Soldering Techs. (Shreveport)

Candidates will be performing electronic assembly work including board preparation, soldering, desoldering, component replacement.

Must demonstrate a proficiency of skills to perform consistently above average quality of work in a timely fashion. Under limited supervision may use methods, drawings, prints, schematics, or written work instructions to assemble, modify, rework, disassemble or reassemble deliverable hardware.

Must be good with your hands and be able to communicate effectively. Wage starts at $14.00 per hour, to increase after review.

General Warehouse: $9.25 an hour

Job Description:
Provide quality and correct products to customers in a consistent manner
Process products received from and sent to customers
Ensure products are in good shape and correctly labeled
Visually inspecting products to detect scratches, dents, and breakage
Place products in mailers for shipment to customers
Work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Must be comfortable starting early morning as early as 2am
Committed to maintaining a perfect attendance record
Attention to speed and accuracy
Ability to communicate with management and fellow employees
Desire to exceed stated production goals
Previous production/assembly/fast food experience a plus
