Mortgage Loan Officers (Louisiana)

The minimum requirements to become a Loan Officer with us are:

- At least one year Full Time employment in mortgage origination (willing to train the right people)
- Outstanding understanding of the mortgage industry and your local Real Estate market
- Excellent sales and consulting skills
- Knowledge of government lending guidelines
- PC literacy with Word, Excel, E-mail and the internet
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Licensed to originate mortgage loans in the state of Louisiana
