Entry Level Construction Opportunity (Beaumont)

TechUSA is looking for (2) individuals looking to learn a trade. Technicians will be training in the field of materials testing. This function will perform field testing on concrete for a high profile construction project in Southeast Texas. The successful candidate will be able to work 8 to 10 hour days with possible weekends. The day to day will involve coring samples of concrete, concrete pouring observation and learning lab tests such as atterberg, triaxle, slump, condensed and sheer testing. Training will be provided along with preparation to obtain an ACI field 1 certification

- Minimum of 1 year of construction experience
- Willingness to learn a trade in the materials testing industry
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to work 48 hours a week, minimum
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
