I'm relocating to Beaumont from Austin for a job in December, and I'm looking for a place to live/future roommate(s). I'm looking around the historic district or nearby.

I'm generally a laid back, stress-free type of person. I'm a non-smoker, but I enjoy drinks. My work hours will be a bit odd- working in the afternoon into nights. I like staying active- running, riding my bike, checking out places, etc., but one of my favorite things to do is layout by the pool, listen to my ipod and read a book. I love to eat and cook when I have time. I cleanup after myself, and if not, then I usually keep my mess confined to my room. I listen to music a lot and will watch a movie occasionally.

I will be working a major contract in the Port Arthur Area for 2 years and need a rental home. We ar a couple. It must be pet friendly as I have a single 12 yr old peaceful, sleepy dog. Me and my brother in law install dish network systems and have been asked to come to Beaumont for several months to work there. I live in Angleton which is over 2 hours away so going back and forth is unlikely period.

All we need is a small area, maybe a small one bedroom mobile home or maybe a garage apartment or heck just a closable garage will work. We would not be there much just basically night time. We will be working 5 days a week and coming home on the other nights to be with or wives and children.

There will be no animals, No parties, No drinking, No loud music basically nothing that should anger anyone we just need somewhere to sleep. If you have something like this that you would be willing to do real cheap please let me know. We are able to pay but not to much as we both have bills back home with family.
