One reason why small businesses,like myself,are finding it difficult to gain the public trust.The scam artist make the rest of us look bad.
The shops that are unlicensed,no insurance,and are only interested in making a quick buck,then clearing out before enough people finally complain,that somebody will take notice.
I cant count the times I have had to decline work,that another "shop" did,because they didnt do the job right.Its more hassle to try and "fix" another persons screw ups than it is to do it yourself in the first place. Example: One guys idea of "deep cleaning the carpets"........................vacuum and spray with carpet dye.................took the customer about 3 days to figure our they had been had...............this same fella's idea of "Waxing the finish with a durable wax" ........................clay bar with quick detail.....................btw......he is no longer in business..............think he may have lasted 6 months.

We prefer to keep our location outside of Bellingham for the obvious reason.....................Overhead.

The money we save on our overhead is reflected in what we charge our customers.

Thats why we tell anyone who may take the time to contact us,and inquire about our services/pricing......................check out our refferences.
