What are the symptoms of adult separation anxiety disorder? Those who have been diagnosed with adult separation anxiety disorder start exhibiting signs every time they are are all alone or whenever someone they rely on leaves.
The signs are a feeling of tightness in the chest, quick beating of the heart, a sense of panic, at times a panic attack comes after, dizzy spell, the face gets flushed and some people display more signs than that. Even if you merely get really stimulated, you can still have adult separation anxiety disorder; you just may have a mild type of the problem.

I am starting a parent/child nature/hiking group. This group is geared towards toddlers age 1-3 ( to young for school ). However older children are also welcome (homeschoolers? )For the month of November we will be meeting at Stimpson Nature Preserve every tuesday from 9:30-11:00 am. This group will meet in ANY weather, (rain, snow, hail, sun, whatever ) except high winds because of the danger of falling limbs and trees. The goal of this group is to let our children experience nature in all her wonderful moods and colors. Hikers should come dressed for the weather. Rain pants, waterproof footwear, coats, hats, mittens, ect... A snack, water, and possibly a thermos of something warm would also be advisable. Lets bundle up and go outside:)

Since moving here last year, I decided I would like to get back into playing. I see Semper Fi has a field which looks fun but also expensive. They have all their activities during the week and I'm unable to make very many get togethers since I work.
