Headache Support Group (St. Joseph Hosp. So. Campus)

Thurs., Dec. 10, 7:00-8:30 pm. St. Joseph Hospital South Campus, 809 E. Chestnut, Bellingham, WA. The meeting is in the first floor conference room. Follow the signs to the Arthritis Foundation. Sometimes the room changes. Check with the guy at the front desk when you come in the door.

We will share stories and tips every month. This month bring at least 5 things to share that make you feel better - when you have a headache, before, after, in general. Since I won't be there, here's one of my favorites now: I listen to a CD - Self Healing with Sound and Music with Andrew Weil and Kimba Arem (Disc 2). What are the symptoms of adult separation anxiety disorder? Those who have been diagnosed with adult separation anxiety disorder start exhibiting signs every time they are are all alone or whenever someone they rely on leaves.
The signs are a feeling of tightness in the chest, quick beating of the heart, a sense of panic, at times a panic attack comes after, dizzy spell, the face gets flushed and some people display more signs than that. Even if you merely get really stimulated, you can still have adult separation anxiety disorder; you just may have a mild type of the problem.

Since moving here last year, I decided I would like to get back into playing. I see Semper Fi has a field which looks fun but also expensive. I guess I'm just hesitant about just showing up out there to play and not knowing anyone. I'm 25. i like beer. Hello. I'm looking to start or join a working mothers/family group. Most of my friends are at home Moms and I'm finding that we lead different lives. They have all their activities during the week and I'm unable to make very many get togethers since I work.
