House Bellingham, WA, Mt. Baker. for San Diego or Mexico

We are seeking to exchange our house in Mt. Baker, Bellingham area for one week or 10 days in San Diego for a house or one bedroom apartment. We would also consider Mexico. We are looking to do this in December or January.
The house is 5 years old. 1500 square feet with gas stove and gas fire place. (Large living space with one large bedroom and 2 walk-in closets.) There is a King Size bed with an electic blanket. The bathroom has a skylight, old fashion tub, all done in black and white tile. There are wood floors throughout the house, kitchen is great for cooking (twenty feet long) with an Island. You are surrounded by beautiful evergreen trees.The ceiling is about 25 feet up...real feeling of space, peace etc. Easy to get to Bellingham, Seattle, or Vancouver BC. (Bellingham 40 minutes, Vancouver BC 1.5 hours.) Great hiking near by, lots of wonderful happy hour drinks and food in Bellingham & Mt. Baker. Beautiful farmlands and countryside between Mt Baker and Bellingham. Living quarters is second floor of house as first floor is gargage, safe and secure. Three foot wide wood doors throughout house.
This exchange would be an opportunity for my sweetie and I to honeymoon....I am a Canadian living in Vancouver BC getting married first time to my American sweetheart and going to live in his home near Mt. Baker. The area reminds me of Whistler and it is a 10 minute drive to the Sumas border crossing into Canada. We are a professional non-smoking couple. He is a water commissioner and I am a Chef.
