Birch Bay Family Medicine clinic (Birch Bay)

Beware of this people. Specially if you have suffered any injury.
They will write false information on their reports without a care in the world.
We have on several occasions been grossly misdiagnosed. They claim to have giving us tests and examinations that never happened.
When we asked them about the false paperwork they just claim that its a computer error and they do nothing to rectify their mistakes.
On one occasion Dr. Pederson(Joke of a man) did nothing to try and find out about an injured family member... She was told to take aspirin and sent home...
This person is looking into having to have a hip replaced as well as a knee. No where did Dr. petterson try to get an x-ray or anything that any good hearted doctor would have done. Please don't waist your time and insurance money on this people.
Writing false information is criminal and this people are getting away with it without a care in the world.

Medical Care

I found that my Primary Care Provider in Whatcom County tampered with my chart notes to make it appear that I had an exam that I did not have. They also shredded a document and sent me notice that they had shredded it. The law says they are to keep all documents for ten years. These actions are not legal or ethical but apparently happen. There is minimal legal recourse in Whatcom County through attorneys, because many Whatcom County lawyers will not go against a medical provider that they may want to work with on a future personal injury case.
Chart notes make the case, although the client/patient rarely sees much of the money from a personal injury settlement. Most of the settlement is used to pay provider fees.
Complaints to the State of Washington Dept. of Health regarding Washington providers number roughly 2000 a month with not enough staff to address each one effectively. Much of the time complaints are dismissed as nearly impossible to prove.
Ask your provider for your chart notes in writing. If you don't get them find a new provider. If the chart notes aren't accurate, request they be corrected. If the provider refuses, you may choose to find a new provider. The opportunity to alter chart notes is real. The chances of getting caught, nearly non existent as long as complaints aren't filed with the Washington State Dept. of Health in Olympia. The form is available on their website. Fill it out and mail it in. Even if dismissed, it is still on file as a complaint. The more complaints filed regarding the provider, the better chance the State has to prove wrongdoing. Also, if you have billing descrepencies by a Provider, the Dept of Health wants to know about it. People are people, no matter what the profession. Just because you may not hear about it, doesn't mean it doesn't happen. The State of Washington needs your input and encourages reporting of unethical behavior of our licensed professionals.

Saturn/Worst Service Ever! (Whatcom/Bellingham)

Please think twice about buying any Saturn car.
We have had serious and ongoing problems with the steering column.2008 Aura...At first they told us that the manufacture put the wrong lubricant grease in it so they put in some differerent grease and 3 months later the problem is worse. We called them and they acted like we were just a pain in their behinds. We made an appointment and they failed to tell us that that location was no longer opened. The car has less then 33k on it and it rattles when its cold or warm. They told me that the shaking of the car needed to be checked but they never got back to me. This Saturn people have been totally obtuse with their costumer service... Their websight does not tell you that their closest Saturn in Burlington is no longer opened and they did not care to tell us that when they gave us the appointment. Their "e-mail" link is a bogus page that does not help you in any way... If you buy a Saturn in Whatcom County and you have any problems you have to take your car all the way to Lynwood... Their customer service really leaves alot to be desired. In this days where everyone should be looking out for your neighbor this people have really shown to us that they are only in it for them selves. One of the reason we bought this car was for the 100k warranty but if they are giving us the cold shoulder on steering column problems I doubt if they will honor anything else... WE WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A SATURN And GOD HELP THOSE THAT DUE!

Jack, my house mate needed medical assistance. So he wheeled on over to the

paramedics /fire/police station for help.

Now as they search Jacks bag for his medication list. Someone found his sketch book with drawings

and grow notes.

At this point

I figure the Bellingham Police call best4rentals to discuss how they could get in to find what was going

no inside. They needed an eye witness.

I believe Brent Hamner maniger of BEST4RENTALS entered our home wail we were away.

Directed by Bellingham P.D. to take inventory of what was inside.

Armed with Mr. Hamnet's statement a search warrant was issued.

With this proir knowledge they had no fear of repercussions from there actions.

So they deliberately waited until the house was empty to serve the warrant.

Fining the door locked P.D. Called Brent Hamner to bring the key.

Now In an attempt to fan the flames,and further his personal agenda.(to get us out), he deliberately

brought the wrong key. Accusing Jack and I of changing the lock.

Now they had justification to bust the door.

Hamner demanded the door come down.

The police were happy to oblige.

Questionable Charity, Clothing Donation Bins in the Area (Bellingham/Whatcom/Washington)

There is a national charity in this area that critics say is controlled by a European group known as a cult which profits from huge scams worldwide.

The charity, which trains volunteers for alleged humanitarian projects in places such as Africa, is called Campus California TG (CCTG) in the western U.S. and Institute for International Cooperation and Development (IICD) in the eastern U.S. Members of this charity solicit door-to-door and in front of local businesses.

Critics say that CCTG and IICD are controlled by Teachers Group — a controversial group founded by Amdi Pedersen of Denmark — which owns an $860 million global business empire.

In 2002, the FBI arrested Pedersen, who was then extradited to Denmark to be prosecuted with six other Teachers Group leaders for serious financial crimes. One leader, Poul Jørgensen, was convicted of fraud.

Pedersen and four acquitted leaders fled Denmark, where they are now fugitives.

In the U.S., investigators link Teachers Group to Planet Aid, U'SAgain (pronounced "use again") and GAIA Movement, all of which collect clothing donations allegedly for humanitarian or environmental projects. However, clothes put into these groups' bins do not go to charity; they are sold in Africa, South America, Russia and Europe.

The Better Business Bureau has issued warnings about Planet Aid, U'SAgain and GAIA Movement, which compete with well-respected charities such as Goodwill and The Salvation Army.

Danish prosecutors allege that Teachers Group controls Humana People-to-People — a European charity categorized as a cult by the French and Belgian governments.

Former volunteers report physical and psychological abuses while working with organizations that critics say are controlled by Teachers Group.

Is Teachers Group an organization that *you* want to help? Make sure that you feel comfortable with where your donations are going.

They offer you a certificate if you keep it for 30 days which is the time they need to nail you with a contract thats going to cost you more then $2500.00 after interest...The contract they make you sign will get you Financing from God knows where and they will charge you an arm for your earpiece.
