MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Architecture from a college or university.
Licensed in Oregon
Over ten years of combined school and work experience.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong design, graphic, and rendering skills.
All phases of design for buildings up to 10 Million dollars.
Supervision of one or more design and/or production teams.
Publicly funded project administration experience.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2006, Revit, Sketchup.
All phases marketing, presentation and client relationships.
All phases of permits and approvals acquisition.
Site planning, master planning.
Complete design and production of construction documents.
Drafting and supervision of working drawings.
Checking prints for progress, errors, and omissions.
Comprehensive engineering coordination.
Comprehensive review and coordination of shop drawings.
Complete specification writing.
All phases of construction administration.
Cost Estimating.
Code compliance and reviews.
Post construction reviews and post-occupancy surveys.
Project office administration.

Job Description:
Provide on-site Cad Drafting services for local large Industrial project.

Responsibilities:
Assist Department Personnel in the creation of a Project 3D model, through AutoCAD MEP 2010, using design documents as a baseline.
Assist coordination of the 3D model elements (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection) using NavisWorks.
Assist in production of 2D installation documents created from the coordinated model.
Responsible for the maintenance, file management and up-keep of all created project documents.

Required Skills:
An Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent of education and experience. Bachelor’s even better.
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines, Architectural, mechanical or electrical engineering.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Three or more years progressively and responsible experience in CAD/Drafting. All levels of experience encouraged to apply.
Experience in Microsoft office a plus, AutoCAD 2008 or higher, and NavisWorks a plus.
