Classic XXX kayak, with good karma (Bend) $100

With much regret I am selling my very first true playboat kayak, a classic XXX, the model that arguably kick-started the whole playboat era. I just don't use it anymore and it could use a good home.

This would be a great beginner playboat. It cartwheels with ease, surfs great and does well on flatwater, thanks to a large planing hull. I used to love it on longer play runs because it could really move on the flat stretches.

This boat also comes with good karma - it was used by pro-boaters Eric Southwick and Tanya Shuman, circa ~2000 (I knew them in Albuquerque and bought it from them). Eric won the worlds back then, not sure if it was in this boat, but I do know this was an early model XXX. The plastic has held up fine - no oil canning, a few scratches and dings here and there. It has a nice ratcheting backband for a snug fit - some of the foam might need some updating.

For $100 I'll throw in a paddle and a VHS video called "Tight Squeeze" (this boat can be seen in this video).

15' Fishing boat (NW) $2700

1985 Bayliner Capri 15' fishing/ski boat. Hull is in nice shape! Has been completely modified with a new fiberglassed floor, fish/storage box, a custom solid fixed top that has lights and rod holders overhead for the dark. Has a crabbing davit in the bow, swim /step ladder off the back, rod and pole holders, a VERY good 90 hp Johnson two stroke outboard completely gone thru. Great power motor for fishing or skiing use. This is a Johnson longshaft outboard with tilt/ trim and all the controls/cables are in working order. Boat has a current title. Has NO leaks. Seats are cracked and weathered but useable. Trolling motor mount off the back. Just added this nice 90 HP Johnson which is a 1989 model to the boat. Original force motor was %$**!!!! So this is a replacement motor. Easy to tow and fairly light, this boat is a great crabbing boat/fishing boat and also now can pull skiers with the big power. Included is a custom transom shield for the newer motor to sit on. There is a ski pole that is removeable in the stern to hook ropes to. The top is a secure, well done custom top that is very functional and will never blow off or rot from the sun/weather.
Nice galvanized trailer with very good tires, lights, winch, tongue jack, all in good working order.
The reason I'm selling this boat is I want at least a big enough aluminum boat to use for everything use. Would consider a trade if you have such a boat. The heart of this boat is the great 90 hp just put on it. Would consider selling just the motor if I had to but the boat is a good package deal now. 1990 Smokercraft 17.5 (Bend) $4200

Smokercraft Aluminium Fazer. 17.5. Pass through windshield. 5 seats. Merc 100. Runs great! Dry well. Built-in cooler. Fish finder. Nice boat cover. I am the second owner. The boat sat in a dry shed for about 5 years before I got it 2 years ago. I took the boat directly to Culver Marine for a tune-up and start-up........replaced impellors, oils, gas tank clean, etc. I've used the boat for the past 2 years without a problem, fishing, pulling tubes, pulling skiers, etc. The boat has scratches on the side decals however the boat is not dented up. There is a control panel up front - I've never used. The trailer is an 1989 ez loader. It has an electric winch on the front, I never used that either. The trailer has areas where the paint is peeling off. The interior carpet shows it age in a few spots.
