After 12 years in my current rental, I need a new home. My dear friend and former landlord of 13 years died recently and the new owner wants me to move.
I would like a 2 BR or 3BR 2 bath house or mobile home w-Garage, a nice fenced yard for my Jack Russell’s, a fire place or wood stove, And I need at least 2 acres of pasture with shelter For our two horses. We do not mind doing a little fixing up around the place.

I would be more then happy to sign a long term lease, 2 to 5 year to start for the right home. I will also transfer my renter’s insurance of, $300.000 for owner’s property and $30.000 personal to my new home, also naming the property owner on the insurance.

I am very clean and have pics of my place so you can see. I have many references you may call that will verify my honesty and integrity. I am on a fixed income so I do not have a lot of money to move with, or to pay big deposits.

Something else to think about, I have 40 years working with horses and managing Stables. Maybe you are looking for someone to live on your property and take care of things. I have family that can help me with the heavy physical stuff.

Anyway I need something soon, I have 12 years of stuff to start packing and or selling and that’s a BIG job, lol

Last 2 Purebred Mini Lop Bunnies for sale!! They are ready to go Sunday, Nov. 22nd at 6 weeks old. They are handled daily by my children and are very friendly.
Each bunny will come with a pedigree, a bag of food to transition with, a health exam that includes the nails trimmed and vents cleaned. These bunnies will make fantastic 4H bunnies, pets, or for show. Mini lops are also very friendly and gentle for children. They will weigh around 6# full grown. This is an all purpose saddle that is suitable for dressage, trail riding, pleasure, & show. It is not a jumping saddle

The stitching is all intact, the flocking is not lumpy, the billets are strong, and the leather is in excellent condition. The saddle has been in the family for several years, and there have been no repairs, nor are any needed. To the best of my knowledge, there are no structural defects.

This saddle has been very well taken care of, oiled regularly and stored in the saddle bag.

6 yo APHA Gelding--possible gift for 4Her (Bend) $1000

Lou is a flashy Red Dun APHA gelding. I am selling him at a huge discount (from $2200) to an approved home only. He is still only green broke (no beginners please) and has been ridden English and Western in an arena. He does not clip but he is good for the farrier, loads, ties and bathes. This gelding has not got a mean bone in his body. He is 15.3H, kind and willing to learn and has never offered to buck or rear. He could make someone a super all around horse. He is not top halter quality and is an appendix so has the conformation and disposition and a few minor quirks as most do but he would make a wonderful intermediate 4-H horse. In fact I would let the right intermediate 4Her (only) keep him for 2 years free and be responsible for his care, then at the end of two years if you still wanted to keep him I would gift him to you and sign his papers over to you. This gelding deserves a great home and especially with a 4her as he loves kids. And since he would be basicly a free horse for a 4her we would like to see him go to a trainer for at least 30 days so the 4her could take lessons on him and get to know him better. Selling only because we have no time to continue his training and I don't want to see him sit any longer, so if you want to see how he rides, you will need to ride him. We are looking for a forever home for him which is more important than money. Last picture is of his croup, it is Thoroughbred conformation and he moves fluidly with flat knees.
