Stroller to borrow or rent? (visiting )

I decided not to lug my daughter's stroller on the plane. She is mostly happy to walk. At 20 months, however, she gets tired and is a little heavy to carry all the time. If you have a stroller, I'm sure you can understand this:)

I am so far unable to find a place that sells a cheap umbrella stroller.
