Vince DelMonte weiß wovon er schreibt. Selbst ein erfolgreicher Bodybuilder und Besitzer eines Universitätsabschluss in Kinesiologie. Außerdem betrieb er 5 Jahre lang Grundlagenforschung und konnte somit Hunderten von Durchschnittstypen helfen ihren Körper zu transformieren. Er leitet ein Personal Training-Unternehmen in Hamilton Ontario, USA.

In 11 Kapiteln wird auf jede Phase des Bodybuilding Workouts eingegangen. Zum Beispiel widmet er sich intensiv der Bodybuilder Ernährung. Dazu gibt es gratis einen Ernährungsplan zum Muskelaufbau mit Rezepten für 84 Tage, mit genauen Einkaufslisten für die jede einzelne Woche.

Wenn du das Programm genau befolgst wirst du 15 bis 20kg Muskelmasse aufgebaut haben. Ich kann das Buch nur empfehlen, ich habe es mir selbst gekauft. Alleine der Ernährungsteil ist das Geld wert. Egal wie viel Muskelmasse du aufbauen willst, hier findest du die richtigen Rezepte dafür. Außerdem kennst du nach der Lektüre dieses eBooks deinen Körper besser, viel besser.
