take over my internet contract (berlin)

I recently moved in with someone who already has an internet connection, but am stuck in an internet contract which lasts another 15 months or so. The only way out is for someone to take over the contract. It's for a portable internet connection, and costs 25 Euros a month. No real installation necessary, and I'll give you the hardware for free. And I'll pay you 25 Euros (sort of like the first month free) because it's better than continuing to make payments on something I'm not going to use at all. Email if interested.

I Need Someone to Find Me an Apartment (Berlin)

I have no time to sit & surf websites all day & make calls to find a flat in Berlin. Yes, I am serious & it is a pretty strange request. I need someone to find me an Apt. that fits within my specifications & set up some appointments for me to look. If you find me the place, I will give you 75 euro. I prefer not to go to immobilien places as they do nothing more than provide a list usually. I am not picky & pretty specific in what I'm looking for so, you could make some decent cash for a an hour or two on the web & a couple of phone calls. Also, my German isn't that great.

I am looking for a person who knows how to use Final Cut or some other editing program, and may be also have it at home or acces to it. I am starting to do some mini projects in Berlin and I don´t have an editor, neither a big budget. The idea is to edit in may be one day a little "making of" for a small movie with not too much payment.
