German Tutor Needed (Berlin Mitte)

I am a 31 year old American female currently studying at Berlitz at a B1 level. Looking for a tutor to work with for c. 4-5 hours a week to help me catch up and prepare for my certification test. Please advise your qualifications to tutor German. I think a college level native speaker should do fine, but I will have some specific grammar questions, so please have an academic knowledge of German grammar.
