It is a 2 minutes walk to the U8/U1 Kottbusser Tor Station and is situated just off of the main stretch of bars on Oranienstrasse. It is also in very close vicinity to the Landswehr Kanal (with beautiful park surroundings), the Kreuzberg Turkish Market, local shops (Kaisers, Lidl, Norma, Rossmans are only a few minutes away) and surrounded by a variety of restaurants (next door is a fine Italian restaurant, Persian, Turkish, Vietnamese, Japanese, Burgers, Vegetarian Spaetzle etc etc). The apartment is located in the hinterhaus and has views over the hof of the building as well as the hof of the building behind, thus it is unaffected by street noise and trains.

The rent is approximately 300 a month (we pay a bit less) kaltmeter.
There is a 600 euro "finders fee" on the place - this fee is transferable to the people you find to take over the place after you.

Xmas in Berlin? I'm renting out my nice 2room flat from Dec 1st till max end of February (or shorter – min. a week you should stay or pay) - 54qm for 150€ w/incl. (or: 500€ per month).;500€ deposit. It is located between Neukölln Arcaden and Herrmannplatz. The location is great - very close to Weserstrassen-Kiez and just off Reuterstrasse. The flat has central heating, new tiles on bathroom floor, a tub, newly grinded wooden-floor, a kitchenette from IKEA, is decorated with a 140x200m bed, two tables, two chairs and two sofas.
U-Bahn is very cloose (U8/U7) and also to S-Bahn and motorway you have good access. There are lots of shops and bars close by. Internet connection (wifi) can be used form the neighbour.
If you are interested just come by and have a look on Sunday, 22th Nov, between 1-2pm at Erlangerstrasse 8, backhouse, 3rd floor, ring bell: Salzwedel or: Ahmed.

Ich vermiete meine schöne 2 Zi Wohnung (54qm) frischgeschliffende Dielen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Laminat im Flur und PVC in Küche. Einbauküche (weiss von IKEA) hat Waschmaschine/Kühlschrank - und geheizt wird mit Zentralheizung.
Die Wohnung befindet zwischen Herrmannsplatz und Neukölln-Arkaden, ist also sehr gut an U-Bahn (U8/U7) angebunden und sehr nah an netten Kneipen und allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wohnung hat Badewanne und Blick auf den (momentan leider nicht mehr ganz grünen) Garten/kleine Grünanlage neben dem Haus. Aufgrund dessen, dass das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, ist die Whg. eher ungeeignet für eine WG - für ein Pärchen aber ist sie geeignet.

Ende Februar möchte ich in die Wohnung einziehen. Ggf. könnt ihr sie auch für kürzeren Zeitraum mieten (mindestens aber für eine Woche).
Warmmiete beträgt 150€ die Woche (oder: 500€ warm im Monat) - Interntflatrate der Nachbarn kann für 20€/Monat mitbenutzt werden.
Kaution beträgt 500€.

Our apartment, which is in one of the typical old buildings with high ceiling, lies on the border of Schöneberg-Tiergarten-Kreuzberg. The room is 25 m2 big, sunny, has a beautiful old wooden floor and faces the backyard, thus , it is also pretty quiet.

The appartment has an internet flat rate, which is included in the rent. There is washing machine, dish washer and fridge available in the common kitchen.
