As Product Manager you will work from our Berlin office and will directly report to the Managing Director. In your position you will be responsible for shaping, managing and developing the feature set for our social mirror world Twinity.


Primary responsibilities
• Generating ideas for new features that engage and entertain the users and that have a viral impact
• Creating feature concepts and testing them with users and conducting usability tests
• Briefing our internal and external artists & developers
• Launching features in cooperation with the internal marketing team
• Defining, measuring and analyzing KPIs and deriving changes & actions
• Performing systematic a/b tests
• Constantly optimizing Twinity for even more user engagement, virality & monetization

Your qualifications
• You are a very versatile professional: You have a creative mindset, good logical and analytical capabilities, very good soft skills, you stay organized under pressure and above all you think from a user’s point of view
• Experience in product management (social media and gaming background preferred)
• Advanced English language skills
• Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get the job done
• The desire to create something amazing
• A passion for social platforms and games

Web Programmer/Designer (Berlin)

A social enteprise is seeking a software programmer to develop a programme for their their site.

We are looking for a programmer and webdesigner to can develop a website which is accessible to:

1) Public to search for available services
2) Advertisers, enabling them to register, login and upload details of services.
3) Administration, enabling us to manage advertised services on the site and edit content.

Programmer will
1) Design core functionality with search facility
2) Incorporating payment process so that advertisers have to pay
3) Extending search functionality and archive, generally making the system more sophisticated

programme will have
1) Multiple user levels
2) Ability to upload services content and attach information for download PDFs or word docs.
3) Ability to categorize content and stored data
4) Ability for users to easily retrieve information, via browsing and searching
5) Maintaining archive of all events that are created

LINUX/PHP/MySQL environment

Must be based in Berlin

Must complete within 8 weeks
