Intern Marketing: Product Marketing & Project Management


During your internship you will get insights in analysis, concept, strategy and execution of specific tasks and projects for our 3D mirror world Twinity, especially in the following fields:

• Commercial memberships: Management & Marketing
• Virtual real estate market: Management & Marketing
• Shop management: Define and promote items for virtual shops in Twinity
• Market research/Usability testing: Support and prepare regular usability tests
• Commercial partnerships: Support our B2B customers within their in-world presence

Your qualifications
You should be a student currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or in a related discipline with emphasis on Marketing. Additional qualifications include:
• Fluency in English language, oral and written, is a must; other languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Open minded with a "hands-on" attitude
• A passion for social platforms and games
• Prior internship or working experiences are preferred

The position is located in Berlin, Germany. It is available from January 2010 for 6 months or longer.

You enjoy writing and social networking, have already published your first texts or gathered experience of journalism? At Metaversum you have the chance to show your writing skills to an international community – via our website, blog, community fan pages, newsletters and the 3D mirror world itself.

During your internship you will be taking care of the following tasks:
• Writing and editing of website content: landing pages, news, blog
• Writing of newsletters
• In-world communication
• Writing of PR messages
• Maintaining and updating contact databases
• Editing of images/screenshots to illustrate texts

Your qualifications
• Business School Education / Journalism or equivalent
• Strong writing, editing, multitasking, and organizational skills required
• Native English speakers only, good knowledge of German
• A passion for social platforms, games, the internet

-We have many U.S. export contacts and also from around the world, so we just need a list of 40-80 distributor leads in Germany.
