The position of Practice Manager includes all responsibilities necessary to grow and maintain a successful hyperbaric oxygen treatment center (Center). 1. Acceptance and proper routing of telephone calls and visitors.
2. Prepares shipments for FedEx, UPS or other conveyance.
3. Checks items to be shipped against sales orders to verify that quantities, destination and routing are correct.
4. Receives, unloads and properly disposes of shipping containers and packing materials.
5. Compares received items’ information on packing slip with the purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment, may also process return shipments from customers.

7. Verifies whether received items need to be examined by the quality control process, if so properly documents travel of items through the quality control process.
