X Masters or Bachelors degree in Safety & Health Management or a related Science or Technical degree
„X Certified Safety Professional (required) , Certified Industrial Hygienist (a plus)
„X Formal training in Safety & Health Management Systems & Auditing
„X 5 yrs. + Experience in a Safety & Health Leadership Role in a heavy industrial environment.
„X Experience managing a safety and health program and proven success in identifying, correcting and controlling safety and health issues and hazards
„X Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 Regulations

Further professional safety experience developing analytical approaches and recommendations for engineering or administrative controls
„X Ability to keep accurate safety records and statistics
„X Proficiency in working with health care providers and regulatory agencies
„X Working knowledge of environmental regulations and rules
