notary public needed (downtown Binghamton)

I am looking for a notary public for New York State that drop by on a weekend... like Sat or Sunday. For 10 to 20 minutes, I will pay $20 for just showing up to notarize for that short amount of time. If you are coming from outside of Binghamton, I will add $5 more for gas.
