In Binghamton I have a 3 bedroom/ 1 bath/ with a hot tub and a garage. In Vestal I have home situated on 10.5 acres which is a 5 bedroom/ 2 kitchens/ 2.5 baths/ it has a pool and a fireplace. I need someone who can find tenants, collect rent from them, make minor repairs around the house when needed… etc. I am looking for someone to start sooner rather than later but I also require references.
