I have created a free fishing forum for those of us in North Alabama. I am building it as a site where we can all get together, tell lies, and talk crap about fishing. Like I said it is free and I have just got the site going so bear with me while I work the bugs out. Come check it out and tell your friends about it and lets see if we can get something going.

1947 Higgins SSD 19' (Petersburg, VA) $10500

1947 Higgins 19' Sport Speedster Deluxe runabout. Professional restoration approximately 80%-85% completed using only the best materials and finishes.The entire boat (hull/bilge) was stripped to bare wood, penetrating epoxy sealer/glass/basecoat applied to hull and after curing and thorough sanding, finished with Epifanes' varnish and paints. Bilge was also thoroughly cleaned, stripped, sealed, sanded, and repainted. All thru-hull fittings bedded with 3M-5200 during installation. Much detail work already completed plus many extra and new parts included. Engine is freshwater cooled with a heat exchanger and along with the seats, will need reinstalled. Trailer is a galvanized bunk style. This rare boat is listed with the Higgins Classic Registry and is one of only two 19' Sport Speedster Deluxe models known to exist.

I have a 94 astro fish and ski. It looks more like a bass boat and rides out nice. Has a 200 hp Mercury o/b pushing it. It needs very little, the interior is in great shape having been completly redone. Has a nice sound system, just needs a fuse in the head unit. Has 2 live wells new battery, relativly new bilge pump(laast year) new ignition switch, water pump(impeller). It sites on a champion trailer that is super nice with 5 jam up tires. This is a very nice boat and I hate sell, I love it, I just need the cash work has been very slow. It does not have Al registration, It has a LA title. 1995 Kawa 900 ZXI (Hwy 280) $1500

Was the fastest on the water until the 1100zxi came out. One owner. I bought it new in 95-96. Haven't used much over the years. Engine is excellent. Body is good for it's age. Trailer is rusted but functional. Put in the water once 2008 and none last summer. Garage kept for the most until recently. Sits under a blue tarp in my back yard killing the grass. Great first ski for kid or teen. Will run for years. No body damage. The rubber seal under the seat has come unglued and needs fixed. I'm almost 40 and need a riding lawn mower!

1981 BULLET BASS BOAT, GREAT SHAPE (Birmingham, Ala) $3500

I have a 28ft Rabco offshore boat that needs a new home! This boat is in need of some TLC that I do not have time to give it. I have had many pleasuable summers in this boat it is time for a new home! I took the interior out to update it as well as the engines and the next thing you know we are here. The hull is in good shape, paint needs to be buffed on top. I sent one engine to be rebuilt and the guy went out of businees and dissapeared in the night with my engine. I have only one so it could be sold with that one or without power. All of the interior cushions are out of the boat and in my garage wrapped up. I have all the eng accesories also It had Merc 420's massaged with TRS drives with nose cones. The boat would run a solid 74 mph with that power! It is an older boat so it is laid up heavy, which in turn provides a nice soft ride! For Sale, 1987 Chaparral 170, Ski boat, inboard/outboard, in good condition, with trailer. Engine 3.0L, 4 cylinders, 130 hp. OMC cobra outdrive. Upper part of outdrive rebuilt last year and it maybe has about 20 hours on it. Engine is strong and in good running condition. Starter is about one year old, alternator belt replaced this summer. An upholstery redone couple year back and is in good condition. Engine is a little slow to start when cold so carburetor may need cleaning and adjusting, I did it last summer but not this year, and the trailer is in great condition with good tires and aluminum wheels. Glastron Sea Fury 1978? - Blue-OBO (Warrior, AL) $350

I have a Glastron Sea Fury that I purchased as a project boat about 2 years ago. Through all the research I have done, I can only find that this model was manufactured around 1978. It is a tri-hull with the walkthrough windshield. Very pretty - blue and silver.

As I stated above, it was a project boat. It does float but the engine needs a distributor in order for it to run properly. We did start replacing the carpet, so it has partial new carpet in it. Since I have been become sick, I have not been able to work on it and I will not be able to in the future.

If you are interested in the boat, please let me know. It does come with the trailer and 2 new tires.
