Used sandblasting sand (Birmingham)

I have several truck loads of used sand from sandblasting shop.Have excavating friend that took several dump truck loads and mixed with top soil to fill in a marshy like part of his property, and it turned out really nice never would have known it was such a soggy mess. Would also be good for filling in small holes or divets in the yard or just to fill something in. The sand has a little trash in it. Which would consist of plastic shields and paper from sand bags and not too much of anything else Most of which is easy to sift through. Fruit Cake Cookies Recipe (Birmingham)

Fruit Cake Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 pound golden raisins
1/2 pound raisins
1/4 pound red candied cherries
1/4 pound red candied pineapple
1/4 pound green candied cherries
1/4 pound green candied pineapple
1/2 cup bourbon
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 pound pecan pieces


Directions

1.In a medium bowl, dredge candied fruit and raisins in 1 cup flour.
2.In a large bowl, cream together brown sugar and butter. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in bourbon and milk. Mix in remaining flour and spices. Stir in fruit and nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
3.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
4.Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and cool on wire racks.

Little red trike: needs a little work (Leeds)

My son has outgrown his tricycle and he would like to offer it to someone who would be willing to put a little love into it for (maybe Christmas?) their own little one.

I have several very large pine trees down in my backyard. If you want them, they're yours. They've been lying on the ground for about a year and a half, so they're well-seasoned. One has had the top cut out of it, so it's mostly just a large log. If you want them, they're yours. You can pull a truck right down to the edge of the woods and put them on the back. Free Stove (Homewood)

I have a stove that was placed in my house before i bought the house. It seemed to work fine when i moved in. Now i've had a problem and had a repair man come. It turns out that previous to my house the stove was stored somewhere with a MAJOR cochroach investation. The keyboard component has been ruined by the cochroaches and there is obvious roach crap when you take the back panel off. This stove is probably good for parts and i imagine could be fixed and cleaned up. Mainly i want it out of my kitchen, come get it and its yours for free. It is an electric stove.

Free Piano (Ragland ~ St.Clair County)

I am helping my grandfather clean up in and around his home and we came across this old piano in one of the rooms. The keys need some work and love, the outside needs a good cleaning, and more than that we need it out of the way. I would hate to see this piano taken to the trash dump or even burned but thats where its going if someone doesn't claim it soon. I have included a picture of the piano and can offer one set of arms to help load it but you will definatley need to bring some extra help as this thing is super heavy. I know its not in the greatest condition but it would be a good project for someone who has a lot of time on their hands or someone who enjoys restoration projects. Please excuse the junk around the piano in the picture below. Like I said I am helping my grandfather clean up in his home and this just happened to be one of those "catch alls" in a back bedroom.
