Need 2BR with Flexible Leasing Terms (Birmingham) $650

I'm currently looking for a two bedroom around the 280/Birmingham area. I would like to find a place with flexible leasing terms. I recently left my full time job to go back to college. In order to support myself, I've taken a part time business full time. I own a bookstore, but I mainly sell textbooks. My income varies greatly from month to month. During the months of December, January, February, September, and October, I earn on average a profit of 3,000.00. However, in the other months, my business nets 1200-1500. Since leaving my normal full time job, I'm able to devote more time, but less money to invest in my business. Now, the only money going in to my business are the profits that are coming from it. Mistakes made as an immature 19-21 year old (25 now) have eroded my credit report and I'm unable to obtain any loans for my business. Because of this, I would like to find a place where rental terms would be flexible with monthly payments. My lease with my current apartment will be ending on January 20, and currently I'm paying 815.00. While this amount was fine with the two jobs that I had, it's not fine with only one. November is not the best time a year for my business, and I'm barely squeaking by with rent and utitily bills, as it is. In the ideal situation, I would like to find a place, where the first several months would be free. Although, as it stands now, I expect to come pretty close to doubling the figures mentioned above, I would like to invest as much money as I can into these next months ahead for my business. Also, I would like to move before January 20 because I don't want to worry about moving during my busiest time of year. My name is April. My husband and i have now been homeless for four days. My husband was working for the Jefferson County Schoolboard and we had a beautiful 4 bedroom home in fultondale. When my husband was laid off due to cutbacks, we lost our home and now we are facing a couple of hard weeks down the road. We are both employed now. I am working at a deli and my husband just started a salary job making $20,000 a year. The thing is, he doesn't get paid for another two and a half weeks and until then, won't have a checkstub to prove his employment. We are in need of housing NOW. If you rent out apartments or can help us in anyway please respond to the above email address. We are NOT looking for a handout, we are looking for someone that will trust us to pay in a little less than 3 weeks, or let us stay somewhere and pay you when we can. We can pay you some cash now. 27 yo SWM. I'm finishing my last class to get my B.S. from UA in Business (online). Right now, I work full time at SteakOut as a delivery driver. I have a professional office job that I am in competition for, though. I work hard and am living in Alabaster at my parents' house right now. The drive to and from Homewood, where I work, is getting old. I just want somewhere to lay my head close to work that is within walking/biking distance from a pub... ideally. I am not a raging alcoholic, but I do like to relieve stress after work socializing over a few beers... not drinking to get too out of hand.

I don't smoke weed, but I am 420 friendly. I'm straight, but I am Gay Friendly. Any bad drug problems are strict taboos in my book (ie. coke, pills, or anything besides alcohol or pot, and I will not be around for long).

I play music from time to time, but I would never do that to the point of interfering with people around me. I love to cook, and I can guarantee you will save money on food the first week living with me. I love to cook in quantities that leave left overs for a day or two.

I cannot afford to pay too much for rent, but I am a kind and dependable person who enjoys good company.
