Contract to Full-time Code Specialist (Greater Birmingham)

Start up is seeking a contract professional locally to assume conitnued development and maintenence of a .NET / C# application system that involves SQL database management and cloud computing architecture. This person would be a 'ninja' when it comes to coding and data design architecture. They would be innovative in their ideas and contributions and possibly assume a Lead Developer or Director of Development role within a company that is forming it's infrastructure and seeking a large round of capital to that end.

The ideal person will be compensated at of close to the current market value for their skillset. This person is expected to go above and beyond in an attempt to solidify their role long term within this growing business. Our proprietary software has been developed via contract work to this point and this person may be need to continue on a contract basis before being offered a salaried role.

The following skills (advanced/pro level) are a must:
VB, C#, ASP, .NET, SQL, AJAX and JQuery (not required but impressive)

Please have examples of work ready. Contract role starts at $50 per hour and the full time offering (when available) will be negotiable.
