Shame on you! (Sylacauga, AL)

If the person who dropped off an aging, arthritic black lab (female, I think)...in the Valley View subdivision in Sylacauga, then, shame on you! She is aimlessly walking up and down my street, tail down! Like she is waiting on someone to return. I do not think she up and left home because she paces the street. I was able to feed her this morning, but when I tried to get her to wait on water, she walked off and would not come back to me. She did let me pet her, but I just did not get enough time to check to see if she was truly a female. I was worried about trying to make sure she appeared to be okay.

Please...if anyone knows who this dog might belong too, let me know. If they will be unwillingly to do the right and humane thing and fulfill their responsiblity to her, that is truly a shame. Animals are like kids...it is your decision to have them and take care of them their whole life! No one makes you do this. You don't just discard them when they are old or sick....what if someone did that to you?!!! She is old and should be with her family to die, not dumped off in a strange neighborhood. Is this your dog? If so, please contact me as soon as possible. He/she has been wandering around the Edenton Community (behind Petsmart & Home Depot) off of Hwy 280 for a long time. According to the construction workers, he/she has been here since at least December. Also, someone suggested the idea that this dog might possibly have a home. If this is your dog, stop letting him/her wander around the streets. Even today, cars had to dodge him/her as they made their way in and out of the community. He/she is very friendly and playful. He/she has beautiful honey colored eyes. Usually, he/she will wait around during lunch time since some of the construction workers toss him/her some food. I will help in any way I can. Lost 38" tires and rim on I-20W (I-20W & HWY 459)

I was driving down I-20 West right at the exit to get off on Highway 459. My whole front tire assembly came off. The brakes, caliphers, axles and tire all came off going 70 miles an hour. I looked for almost two hours and even went back a couple of days later and looked again. I couldn't find it. It is a 38" Irok Super Swamper tires with American Racing rim. If you find this tire I am willing to offer a reward of $200 for it. I just want to get it back. I have no idea where that tire could have gone. I looked in all of the bushes and briars and didn't see it. I live in Atlanta but I am willing to drive and pick it up if you find it. Please if you find it let me know.

Found Persian Mix (Near Oak Mtn. Intermediate)

Found what we *think* is a neutered male Persian mix in our subdivision, near Oak Mtn. Intermediate school. He has clearly been someone's house cat and has been begging to come in. Tonight, we put him in the garage until we can figure out who he belongs to, because we've been seeing him in the area for about a week and his coat is declining rapidly. He's full of knots and let's just say he's "stinky" at this point; however, we can tell he was previously a GORGEOUS cat and is very loving. Tuesday 2-16-10, our dog went missing from the Argo area. We live at the very end of Roulain. She just never came home that night. She is golden/tan in color with white markings. Her name is Izzy & she WILL answer to it. She is VERY sweet, loving & gentle. She LOVES people, other dogs & children. She was our furr baby. She has now been missing for a week & a half. Our hearts are broken. Our 3 year old little boy asks about her pretty much EVERY night. She was his dog. She was known for following him to bed at night, laying with him when he napped & on the couch when he was watching a movie. We also have a 10 week old boxer pup that has become very attached to her in the 3 weeks they were together. They became instant friends.

I work in one of the offices located inside the Edenton Community behind Petsmart & Home Depot on Highway 280. There's a golden retriever dog that appears to be lost. He/she just wanders around until somebody pets him or feeds him. He/she is very friendly. I don't know if someone just threw him away or if he/she is lost, but if this is your dog please come get him. According to the construction workers that are building new houses here, the dog has been around for quite some time now. My Jack is still missing and I'm just hoping someone has seen him around. He went missing June 6, 2009 at 12th avenue S, 56th street in Crestwood. He may have traveled somewhere around that location and took up residence with someone.

He is a brown tabby with green eyes. Somewhat of a big cat and is very loving.

He had a yellow collar with animal paw prints on it.

Please, if you have seen him, call me. There will be a reward!
