If you pay a $50 refundable deposit you can get a key to the exercise/weight room & have 24-hour access. If you like to exercise, this is a great gym: there's about 10 cardio machines & a full weight room.
In addition, there's a pool & sundeck by the club house. Of course the pool is closed now but it stays open longer than any other pool in the area, so it will open sooner than the others most likely (& stay open until late September usually). Swimming or not, it's a great place to relax &/or socialize.

Pet friendly community!!
There's a big, fenced in dog park, plus plenty of sidewalks & grassy areas to play & exercise.

Quiet community!
Everything is very clean & quiet in & around the apartment. I have never had an issue with any sort of disturbance.

I think that's about it. The new resident will take over the lease, which technically ends in late June 2010. This can probably be extended if necessary, I think there can be some flexibility if needed.
The new leasee will need to meet & talk with both me & the management from Windsor Hills.

Rent is $665 per month. Utilities included: electricity with A/C & heat, water/sewer, & trash removal. The only additional payment I make is for internet. Right now I'm only paying $20/month for high speed cable, but that deal is about to be over. I'm sure the new leasee could probably find a similar situation though, or perhaps just talk to someone else in the building to see if you can pay a small amount to use their wireless.

This is a great community! The management is so helpful & understanding.
I would stay here but my financial situation has changed quite a bit recently, so I need to move in with a friend. I prefer to live alone, & this place is perfect for an individual, or even for a couple (although I only recommend this if the couple gets along well & are truly friends that like to be together.)
