Electric Substation Relay Technician (Raleigh, NC)

Employee-owned consulting engineering firm serving electric utilities is seeking a substation relay technician to join our team for full time employment.

• Position requirements include:

• Experience in substation protection and controls systems

• Developing drawings and specifications for protection and controls systems

• Familiarity with Auto CAD and/or MicroStation

• Calibration, testing and programming of protective relays

• Functional testing protection and control systems

• Calculation of fault current and relay settings
