Seeking part-time babysitter for 2 kids, ages 2 and 4 (Blacksburg, VA)

My husband and I are looking for someone to provide part-time care for our two children, ages 4 1/2 and 2, in our Blacksburg home 3 or 4 afternoons a week. Total time commitment would be 15-20 hours per week. Our preferred schedule would be Mondays through Thursdays from 12:00 - 4:00, but schedule is somewhat flexible. Our 2 year old naps for about 2 hours in the afternoon, so about half of the time each day would be one-on-one with our 4 year old.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, dependable, caring, kind, calm, level-headed, and most importantly, someone who loves and is great with young children. Experience caring for toddlers / preschoolers is required. First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to take a course to become certified) is preferred.

This position would start the first week in December, and we're looking for someone who is willing / able to keep a fairly consistent schedule and (ideally) be our babysitter for a year or more, assuming it's a good match.
