I went to Radford for a year and a half and then had to leave to come home to take care of a family situation.Nowi'm trying to transfer back to RU to continue my degree.I'm 20 years old,female,nursing major. I'm pretty laid back, but not lazy. I'm really hard working and honest. and I'm a good roomate. I'm respectful of other people and their privacy and their belongings and i expect my roomatesto be the same way.I'm not a hermit or anything but sometimes i like to just relax, but imvery social. I like going out and having a good time but i dont party every night or anything.I do have a baby...dog.haha gotcha. I have a puppy named Bailey. Looking for a 2 BR mobile home or Apartment (Rad./C'burg/Riner areas) $350450

I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment or mobile home in the Radford, Christiansburg, or Riner areas. My rent cannot exceed 450 unless heating and other amenities are included. I do not have any pets. I currently live in Radford, but the landlord is hard to get ahold of and many things need to be fixed. My lease is up so I can move in at any time after giving my current landlord a 30 day notice. I am not a party type person. I work 4am-230 pm in Salem Virginia so I go to bed early and get up early. My girlfriend does not live with me though she comes over frequently and does stay some. Nothing out of the ordinary. I am very respectable, and do not cause any disturbances to others near me. I pay my rent every month in a timely matter, and because I am human, it has been late I believe on a few occasions, but I always let my landlord know and it was always within the late bracket he gave to his tenants anyway. I prefer a quiet setting but it is not necessary as I have not always lived in quiet settings, but it is preferred due to my job hours. Country House with Yard (Blacksburg/ Ellett / surrounding area)

Looking for a long-term lease beginning around January on a house with a yard in Blacksburg/ Ellett/ Newport or the surrounding communities (within 30 minutes of VT). Prefer woodstove heating as a supplement - not expecting it, but we would love it! I do have a 50 pound one year old dog that is crate trained. She is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations. Both of the occupants work at VT and can provide references (Blacksburg native). Young Responsible Couple Looking To Rent $650

Hi. I am a 22 year old male living with my fiance in North Carolina. We are looking for a place to rent in the Blacksburg or Roanoke area. I will be graduating in January and will be looking for a job in this area. We have 4 dogs we are interested in bringing with us. Three of the four are under 15 pounds and our fourth is a husky. We love all of our dogs very much and do not want to part with them. They have become our family. Two of the dogs are inside dogs and two are outside dogs. The inside dogs are house trained and sleep in crates at night. They are all very well behaved. My fiance is 20 years old and is looking to become a veterinarian. I will be graduating from my college in January. We are looking for a one or two bedroom place preferably under $650 a month. We are both non-smokers and are very neat and clean. Something Different (Chesapeake)

I am 21 years old and work 2 jobs. I do not like the idea of spending the majority of my paychecks on housing so I do things a bit differently than other people. I live in my van with my dog. The problem with that is my van doesn't have a shower or a kitchen, and my dog (very well behaved, timid, and beautiful) needs a yard to run in while im working. So, this is basically what I am looking for: a spot to park my car, a place to take a shower, a kitchen to use and a yard, for my dog to hang out in. If this sounds like something you can handle for some help with the utilities please let me know
