Temporary In-House Real Estate Attorney (VA)

Juristaff Legal Staffing is assisting a corporation in identifying an attorney with real estate experience to work on a temporary staff atorney project in Roanoke, VA.

Applicants must have at least 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate matters. Any commercial litigation experience is a plus. Responsibilities include, preparing and reviewing real estate documents for sufficiency and internal compliance, negotating purchase and lease agreements, resolving landlord/tenant disputes, and reviewing title commitments.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic and work credentials, as well as strong drafting, negotiating, organization and communication skills. Candidates must be licensed in VA.
