It has an evinrude 65 horse motor on it. The only thing wrong with it is that the motor on it is one of the oddball years evinrude came out with an electronic gear box meaning instead of forward and reverse being just throttle position it has buttons to switch from forward and reverse and it will no switch into reverse. This is a 1969 Thunderbird Iroquois 23 ft. Tri-Hull Walk-Around Cuddy Cabin......The same make and model as the Ranger Boat in the original hit TV series "Flipper". It has a 225 HP 327 Mercruiser V8 that runs great and sounds mean (gets compliments every time its on the water)! The engine was rebuilt about 3 years ago and the out drive was rebuilt this year. The boat is in very good condition and you would never guess its as old as it really is. The floor is solid and has a non slip epoxy coating on it. The vinyls were redone by the previous owner about 4 years ago. The boat comes equipt with a CD player and speakers as well as an extra prop and a few other odds and ends. The trailer is a 1968 and is a tandem axle with decent tires all around (50%). Ok, well, I was trying to hold out for the $7K value of my boat but my wife has found a camper she likes and now I have to reduce my price in order to sell and secure. This boat underwent a complete restoration last year and fished great all summer long. It is stored inside and has new custom deck with under-deck storage for rods and gear, carpet, paint, marine batteries (2), windshield, electronics, wiring, stereo, lighting, seating, etc. Deep livewell, on board cooler and dry storage. If you are looking for a sharp boat to fish out of, this one is for you.
