Established Property Management company looking for a Maintenance Assistant, 20-30 hrs/week. Must be energetic, good with residents, self-motivated, must have Driver's License (to drive back and forth between different properties, not just to get to work). Duties would include daily work orders (examples: light bulb changes, clogged toilets, smoke alarm battery changes, clogged disposal, W/D trouble, etc) and also grounds (example: leaf blowing, weed pulling, bush/tree trimming, etc). Pay will be based on experience. We also will need this person to be on call 7 nights a month for our 24 hr emergency maintenance line. During "your" week, you could get a few calls... to none at all. Position will open up starting in January.
