Cedarview Management needs Leasing Consultants! (Corner of Tenth and College)
Luxury apartments and homes are in high demand around the Bloomington area and Cedarview Management would like to offer you a position to help us meet that demand. Our leasing consultants are given the freedom to get their tasks completed but are expected to provide management with situational updates and feedback throughout the day. The preferred candidate will have PRIOR experience in leasing however, candidates with backgrounds in other industries are definitely welcome.
[Expected Duties]
1. Actively pursue potential tenants in order to get a lease signed (this includes phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, follow-up communication, and actually filling out the lease paperwork)
2. Maintain knowledge of the current supply of residences at Cedarview Management and be able to answer questions a potential tenant may ask.
3. Report to property manager at staff meetings and the like on the status of potential tenants, signed leases, tenant files and other issues around the office/complex.
4. Complete other daily projects such as preparing advertising media, setting up for an event (i.e. pizza party or tailgate cookout), or running an event (i.e. IU Housing Fair)
[Recommended Qualifications]
1. College Degree or equivalent work experience
2. Prior sales experience
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include early evenings and some saturdays.
4. Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is a plus.
[Compensation]
As mentioned above, we pay premium compensation for the Bloomington area, including bonus commissions. Employees may be provided additional benefits such as health coverage and a 401K plan.

Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the building at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for customers, clients, visitors and team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performance management

Coordinating and performing administrative and maintenance duties during summer operations
Ordering, storing, and maintaining inventory of repaired equipment, supplies, and materials
Performing room and building inspections and determining individual or group cost
Inspecting and reporting vandalism and common area damages
Diagnosing and performing maintenance/repairs on A/C and heating, electrical and plumbing systems, water and sewer lines, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, roofing, gutters, tile, carpet, flooring, fireplaces, ceiling fans, appliances, shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, gas and electric boilers, walls and ceilings, security system, pool area, tile, and other equipment as required
Requirements:
4+ years of related property maintenance experience at a supervisory level
Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance
EPA certifications Type I and II
Strong leadership and customer service orientation
Previous building management with a retail component is preferred.
Computer/Internet literate
