This is a really beautiful apartment. It is freshly painted, has all appliances (washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator). There is a small backyard, and I will allow well behaved pets to move in. The heat in this apartment is electric heat.

The reason the rent is so low is because I just had to go through a terrible eviction process because the previous tenants hadn't paid rent in 5 months. During those 5 months I had no money coming in to cover the cost of this apartment. The low price is basically just so I can get a tenant in here ASAP and because I know very few people actually want to move in or out of an apartment at this time of year.

I'm looking to have somebody sign a 1 year lease, and after that year is up we'll discuss a rent increase. The main thing I'm looking for in a tenant at this point is a decent/average (not awful) credit score...I need to know that I'll be getting the rent on time each month!

Please be aware that I'll be requesting a credit score verification as I need somebody in this apartment as soon as possible, and I don't have time to deal with liars telling me they have an okay credit score and then finding out they have electric bill collections following them around.


Also, please know that I am a great landlord and am not difficult to deal with. I just have a bad taste in my mouth because of what I just had to go through with my previous tenants.
