I have seven days to decide on an internship offer which would relocate me to New York and need to find a subleaser for the Spring 2010 semester. This apartment is at a great location, three minute walk from Schroeder, right by the library, Bone student center and student health services which makes leaving late for class not an issue. It is right behind two gas stations and a Laundry mat which makes laundry less of a chore. The apartment is beautiful and fully furnished- Full size bed, new desk and dresser (The people before us broke everything so they replaced a lot of things) and a walk in closet. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and the rent includes everything-cable, heat, electric, water you would not be paying anything else. The rent is actually $549, but I am willing to negotiate that-right now I'm offering to pay $100 of it so I can get to New York. This is a very fun side of campus! Looking for a female to rent this bedroom because the company we rent through doesn't allow for co-ed. There is one other female living here. The layout of the building makes it a friendly atmosphere and you will love my neighbors, they are wonderful.
-- I realized that we have been paying early for our rent because Young America made us, so you would actually only be paying for three months when you would live here for five!
