We are moving to Normal in the Spring 2010 Semester. We are looking for an apartment that comes furnished. It doesn't necessarily have to be two bedrooms, but we would prefer it. Our max rent is probably around $800 a month, which included utilities. We also would prefer if utilities would be included in the rent as well. Got a couple friends going down into Bloomington area Saturday. Can anyone give me any motels out there on the cheap? They basically just need a bed to sleep in, and going down there on the cheap. I will be moving to Normal in early January, and am looking to rent a two-bedroom apartment, duplex, or carriage house starting January 1. I would love to find something close to ISU campus, and I'd prefer a quiet area if possible so that I can focus on my work. I am an excellent tenant; I pay bills on time, keep things clean, and am quiet. I do have one well-behaved cat, who has never caused any kind of property damage or been a problem in any way.
