We have a part-time opening for a Job Coach. The duties of a job coach include working and coaching our participants in the community at a job doing janitorial work.

You will assist adults with disabilities achieve independence by helping them maintain employment. Hours are Monday through Friday 12:00 to 5:00pm with an occasional morning shift.

High School Diploma or GED and experience with people with disabilities or related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education. JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. Must have Idaho Driver’s license, qualified personal vehicle and own vehicle insurance. Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification upon hire. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
