Accounting/HR Staff - Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
· Accounts receivable management. Monthly reconciliation of AR sub-ledger. Responding to client inquiries
· Establish & maintain a monthly sales reporting process. Reconcile sales opportunities to cash receipts
· Responding to vendor accounts payable inquiries
· Coordinate travel and prepare expense reimbursements
· Facilitate and/or administer new employee orientation
· Conduct applicant phone screening
· Perform administrative duties including phone support, filing, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Experience with account reconciliations
· Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
· Ability to work independently with little direction
· High degree of accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality
Desired experience and skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
· Human Resource experience
· Payroll experience
· Knowledge of GAAP and/or GIPS Standards
· Securities or financial markets experience
· SQL and database query experience
