Kelly Services is currently looking for several Material Handlers for a long term temporary position. Candidate must have stability in work history.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing on-line transactions; receiving/ delivering / moving materials from point to point within the facility.
• Performing cycle counts, material labeling, stocking and repackaging
• Interfacing with customers, electronically track materials
• Release / order material from outside sources
• Taking orders and translating into electronic requests
• Answering questions for customers regarding inventory and material systems
• Operating material handling equipment
• Participating in quality improvement activities
• Utilizing on-line training materials including procedure manuals, checklists and scripts

Required:

• Basic understanding of receiving, warehousing, service counter, shipping and delivery
• Prior experience using a software package to manage inventories is preferred
• Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment with deadlines and time constraints
• Prior knowledge of hazardous material handling, safety and ESD awareness is desired
• References are required
• Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check required

Required Skills:

• Basic mathematics, reading comprehension and writing skills are necessary to provide clear, concise communication
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills required
• A high level of proficiency, accuracy and speed is a must
• Strong computer / keyboarding skills required
• Able to walk 12 – 15 miles per day
• Able to lift 35 – 50 lbs.

Production and assembly work involving instalation of components on computer boards. Fine pitch soldering under 10 power scope both surface mount and thru hole with lead free solder. Must be familiar with IPC Standards and be able to read bill of materials and assembly drawings.

Master Scheduler (Boise, ID)

Kelly Services is recruiting for a Master Scheduler

Must have at least 4 years experience as a Master Scheduler and must have done scheduling as the primary duty.

Ability to develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules in MS Project or Primavera and keep those schedules current by monitoring actual progress, comparing it to the baseline and reporting progress against schedule. Facilitate and lead status meeting. Analyze schedule variances, and work closely with Project Managers and functional organizations to develop recovery plans and/or corrective actions.

4 years experience managing master schedule for a complex engineering development program involving hardware and software development, multiple sub-component integration, system testing, and operational test acceptance, or 5 years experience managing the schedule for a single engineering project.

4 years experience with MS Project and one year experience with Primavera, including conducting dependency analysis, identifying the critical path, resource loading, project linking, and cost/schedule integration.
Experience creating, maintaining, and tracking integrated master project schedules for programs which exceed $5m a year in cost.

Experience working with project managers to develop and maintain detailed schedules and assist the project managers in keeping these schedules current. Coordinating with program management the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.

Ability to design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules in MS Project and Primavera. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Highly motivated and results oriented. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
