• Assistance with the check out process by working with the Community Manager to
ensure efficient processing of documentation for compliance with SODA requirements. This will include, but not be restricted to accepting keys for departing residents and performing inspections of vacated properties in order to evaluate damage inspections submitted by the zone maintenance supervisor.
• Assistance with ensuring an accurate record of availability, compatible with the lease renewal report.
• Assuring efficient and accurate resident check-in by working with front office personnel. Reviewing and processing resident leases and lease information in an effort to ensure smooth apartment turnovers.
• Responsible for investigating and responding to concerns and complaints from residents, in such a manner that provides accurate information and fosters good public relations and for reporting status to Community Manager including serious issues which may require Management intervention.

Title: Winter College Brand Ambassador-

Duration: 3-5 week excluding the winter break(starting November 30th, working through finals and the first week of the spring semester)

Reports to: Action Marketing Group Account Manager

Overview: High energy college brand ambassador wanted to engage students in their environment and increase brand awareness. This position will require brand representation of a great textbook rental company through student outreach, word of mouth and on-campus guerilla tactics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be the face of our product in market
• Utilize provided program elements to build awareness of brand daily
• Weekly reporting with measured distribution and photo capture
• Ongoing social networking activity for brand
• Wild postings / flyers / stickers distribution
• Editorial creation and submission to school newspaper
• Information and premium distribution to campus influencers
• Pre-lecture classroom announcements
• Recruit additional brand advocates
• Data collection in the form of pictures and numbers
• Report weekly to Action Marketing Group Manager

Qualifications: A major in marketing, advertising, business, or PR is prefered. A well qualified brand ambassador will be connected on campus with clubs and organization (i.e. athletics, Greek life, etc) and through social media networks. Must be self motivated, reliable and willing to work 15-20 hours a week for the last few weeks of Fall Semester and first weeks of Spring Semester.
Knowledge: Expert knowledge of your market is required. Knowledge of the brand (provided by Action Marketing Group), the website, marketing strategy and tactics must be obtained before activation.
Skills & Abilities: Computer skills (including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and interact successfully with consumers is a must.
