Would you like to cook and eat healthier vegetarian meals? Do you crave the comfort foods you grew up with, but have or want to become vegetarian? Is your family a mix of vegetarian and meat eaters and you would like to satisfy everyone with one meal? Are you expecting a vegetarian dinner guest and have no idea where to start? I have created my own recipes and found vegetarian meat substitutes, most not available in stores. I can teach you and share my recipes for vegetarian meals such as Chicken Noodle Soup, Chili, Swiss Steak, Stews, Reuben Sandwiches (not made with Portabello mushrooms, but a meat substitute very similar in taste to corned beef), Barbecue Chicken, Christmas Ham in a Current Sauce with Yams, Spare Ribs and Sauerkraut, Sausage Stuffing and much more. If you have a favorite meat dish, I do not currently have a recipe for, I will do my best to recreate it in vegetarian form for you! Vegetarian meals are prepared in a much shorter time than meat counterparts, in most cases, so you have more time and energy to enjoy time with your family. Classes must be prepaid and I will bring most or all of the ingredients with me and share with you where to get them. I have spent years finding products and working to make them so close to traditional dishes most meat eaters can enjoy them without complaining. I can also teach groups, if you would like to host a vegetarian cooking party. Prices depends on which meal you would like to make and how many portions you need. Many of the products I use, have to be ordered in advance, so your class may not be available until one month after your payment is received, due to shipping times.
