Spring 2010 Student Transfer Need a Sublet (Boone ASU) $450

I am a 19 year old male looking for a room around ASU campus. I would prefer a lease that would go from Jan. 1st - May 1st 2010 (but can consider going to August). I like a relatively quiet place but not necessarily opposed to a little noise if you are a musician or something. I would be bringing a banjo with me but they are easily muted with a sock or t-shirt. Small get togethers are okay but keg parties or something aren't okay with me. I enjoy cooking meals but I always clean up after myself.
