Job Summary: Installation and service of DirecTV to Boone and surrounding areas. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and top quality installations/diagnosis first and foremost. Typical day consist of installation and service of Satellite Dishes on customer’s property as well as wiring inside and outside the Home. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, work on roofs at great heights, climb and carry a 28’ fiberglass ladder, and work in all seasons of weather independently. Day’s are Monday thru Saturday, 7:30am till finish with jobs, with some Sundays required. Some days will be longer than others, as well as some really short days, depending on experience and ability to diagnose problems and get the job done. The day ends when the jobs assigned to you are completed. Must be able to manage and maintain your own budget of materials and paperwork as well as maintain a functional and reliable vehicle (this is important to be lucrative in this field. We have had technicians in the past not keep up on this and led to their downfall). Workman’s comp and liability are required by you, but can be accommodated by us upon request (for a fee). Training is available, but is not paid due to you will be a 1099 contractor. Typical turnaround time for this field with no experience is about 2 weeks training in the field before put on your own. First paycheck will be about 4-6 weeks out and then bi-weekly after initial starting period (depending on experience, will depend on time of wait).

I need someone to blow the leaves & pine needles off my property and weed whack the spotty lawn. $35.
You need to have your own blower, but I have a weed whacker.

If it works out well I will need a person come spring, every 2 weeks to weed whack and spray weed killer on the gravel paths.
$25 per cut, we have a small lawn!
The house is in Vilas.
Additional paying garden work also needed on a per job basis, like mulching and planting. If you can do handyman work, I also have odd jobs that come up frequently.
