Puppy Found (Bavarian village parking lot)

I live in Bavarian Village off of Meadow view dr. my friends found a small male puppy running up and down the street.
I think hes a miniature pincher but I'm not really sure, hes extremely hyper and he farts a lot, my room mate loves him but I secretly want to drown him in the toilet.
If it sounds like this dog please for the love of God send me an e-mail and come get him out of my apartment.

Lost dog on 2/20/2009 in Vilas, NC. 1 year old, 35 pound neutered male mix (possibly shepherd mix). Light tan body, black muzzle, white stripe up right side of nose.
