2 1996 Kawasaki TS 650 2up jetski's and Trailer the bodies on the jetskis are banged up the motors are great they have been sitting for a year and a half so they will need to have the batteries charged and fresh gas. I put my jump pack on them today and they both turn over without a problem they should run well with just a tune up and fresh fuel. The trailer is brand new and perfect. I picked these up for a winter project but realize I have no time to spend on them. The book value is $1200 each and the trailer is probably worth about the same. I will trade them for a nice 2up sled or two ok ones, a jeep, quad, SUV, Pick up, a nice MIG (220), Motorcycle, Zero Turn Mower, older aggie tractor, Hunting and Shooting equipment or anthing else thats interesting but not needing much work. If I could get about a $2,000 to $2,500 dollar trade value I woulfd be satisfied. Also I know cash is hard to come by these days but I would take $1,500 or best offer in cash. With a little work you could have a nice Jetski package for your family.

This sailboat is 17' long and can seat 4-5 people in the large cockpit. Shoreland'r Galvy Trailer for 16-18 ft Boat (Weymouth) $450

It's a tilt bed with self-leveling roller bunks at the rear and two keel rollers forward. Decent shape...galvanizing is failing along bottom surfaces - see 2nd pic...will need some aggressive wire brushing, priming and painting on those areas and that should hold it for quite a few more years. Professional Marine Mechanic for Hire (Dunstable)

Good day all!
Professional Certified Marine Mechanic for hire. My documentation is available upon request. I can fix just about anything however I am a Mercury/Mercruiser specialist. Any Mercury/Mercuiser carbed product isn't a problem, anything EFI I just do not own the scan tools necessary to accurately diagnose malfunctions with complete confidence. EFI engines typically need to go to the dealer. I can also diagnose and repair older, carbureted engines from any manufactorer, wether it be sterndrive, IB or OB. I do have experience with Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Volvo-Penta, OMC, and Johnson/Evinrude.
Here's how I work. I come to you, and whatever parts I need to take to repair I bring back to my shop to tear down, measure, and order parts for. After I have a time schedule on parts I give you a follow up call just to let you know what kind of time frame you are looking at. After the parts arrive and I make the repair, I call you again to schedule a time to come back to your house to reinstall and test.
Should you decide to email me please be as detailed as possible as to what you have for equipment and what you need to have done, or issues that you are having. I do apologize up front, I get a huge response from this ad and I'm not always able to answer every email right away. I will do my best to get back to each and every one of you within 2 or 3 days.

How I charge.
I do incall service, which basically means I come to you. In most cases I will need the boat to be out of the water but that determination can be made after we talk. I charge a fifty dollar trip fee and 70 dollars/hr for all technical work once I get started. I do have a $150.00 minimum charge. (also, if your fairly local I do not charge the trip fee, I travel out of Dunstable) I have a good parts supplier and do not mark anything above retail. What you would pay at the dealer is the same that you would pay through me. Alot of guys do not do that and mark things up. All non-technical work. ie: basic installations of perhipherals, general rigging, light carpentry I have a rate of $50/hr
If you call me for diagnostic work, I almost always do these checks first, on an outboard these checks take about an hour, a sterndrive/inboard can run a bit longer, depending on the access.

Compression check - This is to make sure the engine has satifactory compression and has plenty of life left to it.

Spark Check and timing check - This is to make sure all cyliders are firing correctly, the way the manufactorer wants them to be, this will be done visually on a spark board, or with a kilovolt meter, or both depending on the setup.

Gear oil check - I check this to make sure the gearcase (lower unit) is full and clean, If you call me because your engine doesn't start and I find a gearcase full of water basically your bill doubles, and you have to decide what is worth it and what is not.

Transom and floor board check - I will stress your transom and check for flex, as well as stamp on your floorboards to check for soft spots. Basically, again, It may or may not be worth it to you to put $500 dollars into a motor on a boat that needs a $2000 transom.

Fuel Sample Test - I will pump out some of the fuel in your gas tank to make sure it is fresh and not loaded with water. It is entirely possible to have a 20 gallon tank with 15 gallons of gas and 5 gallons of water in it, i've seen it time and time again.

I do these basic checks for a few reasons, 1rst and foremost, it does help me when I get to the actual troubleshooting phase of the process. The less time it takes me to troubleshoot the more efficient I can be. 2ndly, Before I even get to the troubleshooting phase of the process, I can honestly assess weather the vessel is worth repairing or not before I go any further. If I feel the vessel is has value even after the repair, I will continue on to the troubleshooting phase, if I feel that there is not enough value in the vessel I will stop right then and there and consult you with my findings.

Here's the deal folks, I've been working on cars and boats a long time, I know what it takes, and I know what I have. I'm not out looking to make a mint or pull the wool over some poor old ladies eyes. I'm looking to make an honest buck, at an honest rate, an that's all. I take pride in my work and my name means alot to me but I also have no problem saying It's beyond me, I'm sorry I can't help you.
Apart from engine/drive work, I can also install fishfinders, GPS, stereos and most other electrical needs and boat work. I can furnish references if needed also.
