• Manually sort all mail by sort area requirements
• Meet sorting production standards
• Inspect each piece of mail to ensure that the indicia are affixed correctly and that the zip code on the indicia matches the address zip code.
• Prepare mail as directed by the sorting reports
• Sort mail in accordance with Company quality process standards.
• Account for all pieces on the sorting reports. Notify the sorting supervisor if piece(s) are missing.

We are seeking to fill the Lead Service Technician position for a 285 until class A apartment community in Bellingham. We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years experience as a Lead Service Technician and that lives or is willing to relocate to within 30 minutes of the community in order to respond to after hours emergencies in a timely manner. Along with these qualifications the right canditate must meet the following to be considered for the position of Lead Service Technician:

· Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations.
· Must be available for night/weekend call duty.
